Context
Company-A (name changed) supplies engineering, construction, business consulting and operational services to the mining, metallurgical and infrastructure industries. Business requires that its produces proposals to win work and when it does win work it needs to execute the work in accordance with the proposal, subject to negotiations that may occur between award and signing of the PO/Contract

- Project failed 7 times in previous attempts
- No easy to use system and complex calculations
