Problem to solve
This product has powerful engine, but usage metrics was very low. Significant investment was made to bring this product to existence. Although they had Personas defined, each persona thinks that this product is too complex and not for them.
Questions from Stakeholder
How can we make it simple?
How can we increase the usage?
How can we move away from PPT and dashboard to storytelling experience?
My Role in this project
We had team of three to make difference in this amazing product. I played lead researcher role.
I nail down the problem after talking to users. Sketch the solution (wireframe) in Miro. Get the approval on the strategy from stakeholders/business. Our amazing UI designer converts into magnificent high-fidelity design. I would take the design to user to test it. We rework on our design according to the findings and present to the stakeholder for final approval. Another exciting journey is to support development team to bring life to the designs.
